Nikki works at the intersection of human behavior, leadership decision-making, and performance, helping leaders and organizations understand how people actually think, behave, and perform when stakes are high. Her work centers on diagnosing and strengthening the cultural, behavioral, and leadership systems that determine whether performance holds — or collapses — under pressure.
